Terms & Conditions of sale.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of artwork made by Aldo Designs (“the Artist”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing artwork from us, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

1. Ownership & Copyright

All artworks remain the intellectual property of Aldo designs.

Purchase of an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes.

2. Permitted Use

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchased artwork is for personal use only. 

You may:    Display the artwork in your home or private space.

You may not:    Reproduce or print copies. Sell or license the artwork. Use the artwork for advertising, branding, or commercial purposes. Modify or edit the artwork.

All artworks and their process will be shared on all social platforms, however the final assembly stage will be kept private between Aldo Designs and the customer. Customer information including artwork prices will be confidential between Aldo Designs and the customer.

3. Original artworks only

All artworks are original, one-of-a-kind physical pieces.
I do not offer reproductions, or commissioned work.

Completion dates are an estimate only. I will do my utmost to accommodate such, but completion dates unfortunately cannot be guaranteed.

Due to the nature of reclaimed timber and handmade processes, each artwork is unique and may show natural variations in colour, tone, grain, and texture.

The Artist retains copyright.

4. Payment

Payment must be made in full within 7 days of completion before artwork is released, unless otherwise agreed. 

Accepted payment methods: All payments accepted.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery & Shipping

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Arranging their own courier or collection

  • Covering all shipping and transport costs

All artworks will be securely packaged and weighed ready for collection by the courier.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the artwork has been collected by their selected courier.

We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party courier services.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the artwork has been shipped.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of original artworks, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are at the Artist’s discretion.

8. Care of Artwork

The Artist is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper handling

  • Exposure to moisture, heat, or sunlight

  • Incorrect framing or display

9. Liability

The Artist is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or display of the artwork.
